WAREHOUSE MANAGER VACANCY 1 :-

A suitable candidate must have Degree/Diploma in Warehouse Related studies and more than 3years relevant work experience preferably working under EPZ manufacturing companies. Pharma background highly preferred. Qualified and Interested candidate to send their Cover letter and CVs to careers@dinlaspharma.com on or before 18/07/2021   Warehouse Manager main duties will be:

• To assist Plant Head in procuring Raw material and Packing material as per production planning and to avoid a stock out situation
• To liaison with purchase department for timely delivery of raw material & packing material and organize preparation of Goods Receipt Note and intimation to QC department for timely sampling and testing of incoming raw material and packing material.
• To ensure that printed packing materials are stored under lock and key. To ensure that rejected material (RM & PM) are stored in an enclosed area under lock and key. Ensure that both sampling and dispensing activities are carried out under reverse laminar air flow.
• To check the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) prepared by Officer Stores for various stores related activities and arrange the training for same. Liaison with accounts department for raising debit notes payment for material receipt etc.
• To ensure that good documentation practice is followed in stores department. liaison with accounts department for raising debit notes payment for material receipt etc.
• To ensure that good documentation practice is followed in stores department. Ensure that proper inventory of QA released packed product is kept by respective Stores
• To review the change control, deviation, etc. initiated by respective Stores. To review the material transfer request with respect to any excise related formalities and inform plant head about the excise and any other statutory formalities.
• Report to Plant Head and QA regarding expired, short expiry raw material, slow-moving, Non-moving material and if any QC rejected packing material lying in stores. If any recall of product, to provide the details of dispatch viz. quantity dispatched and any other logistic details to export /marketing department to facilitate recall of the product & ensure the market return goods are stored separately in a recall area. To organize the destruction of material (i.e. expired raw material, QC rejected packing material etc.)
• To review the self-inspection report received from QA & check compliance observation report given by respective store
